How long does delivery take?
Dispatched within 1 working day. Allow 3–5 days via Mondial Relay (€4.90) or to your door (€6.90), 1–2 days express (€12.90). Free shipping over €50.
How do I choose my size?
All our abayas are cut wide for a fluid drape. The size guide on every product page combines your usual size with your height to point you in the right direction — when in doubt, size down.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. 14 days to change your mind, no questions asked. Items must come back unworn with tags attached. Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt.
How do I care for my abaya?
Machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle, inside out. No tumble drying, iron on a low setting. Fabric-specific notes are listed on each product page.
Is payment secure?
Yes — card payments are processed via Stripe (3D Secure). No bank details ever touch our servers. 3 instalments available on orders over €100.
An item is out of stock — will it be restocked?
We work in limited runs, but most styles are remade season after season. Subscribe to the newsletter to be notified when items come back in stock.
