1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason or paying any penalty.

This period runs from the day the parcel is physically received by you or by a third party you have designated (other than the carrier). For an order containing several products delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last product.

2. Return conditions

To be accepted, your return must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original state: unworn, unwashed, unironed and unaltered
  • All original tags must be intact and attached to the product
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging or, failing that, in equivalent packaging that protects the product during transport
  • The completed return form must accompany the parcel (provided in your parcel or available on request at contact@emnashop.fr)
  • The product must show no signs of use (perfume, makeup, deodorant, etc.)

Important:

Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, soiled or shows signs of use will not be accepted or exchanged. It will be returned to the customer at their expense.

3. Return process

To make a return, follow these steps:

Let us know

Email contact@emnashop.frwith your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason. We'll reply with a confirmation email and return instructions.

Pack your parcel

Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include the completed return form. Make sure the parcel is properly sealed and protected for transport.

Ship the return

Send the parcel to the address provided in the confirmation email. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so you can prove that the return was sent.

Receive your refund

Once the return has been received and inspected, we confirm acceptance by email. The refund is processed within 14 days using the same payment method as the original order.

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in the following cases:

  • Defective product: item with a manufacturing defect
  • Order error: item different from the one ordered
  • Non-conforming product: item that does not match the description on the Site

In these cases, return shipping will be fully covered by Emna Shop. Contact our customer service to obtain a prepaid return label.

5. Refund

The refund is processed within a maximum of 14 days after the return is received by our team. The refund covers the price of the returned product(s).

Initial shipping fees are refunded only when the entire order is returned. If the original order had free shipping, only the price of the items is refunded.

The refund is processed via the same payment method as the original order (re-credit to the bank card). No refund can be made by another payment method.

6. Exchange

Direct exchanges are not available through our Site. To exchange an item (size, colour, model), please:

  1. Make a return following the procedure above
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

7. Items excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

  • Products made to measure or customised to customer specifications
  • Products unsealed by the customer after delivery and which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear)

8. Damaged product on arrival

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 working days of receipt at contact@emnashop.fr, including:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the parcel and the damaged product
  • A description of the defect

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, return shipping included.
